We’re pleased to announce that Pearl is available through Google Apps Marketplace. Google Apps Marketplace is designed to showcase software that integrates with the suite of Google Apps tools. We’re probably one of the most advanced cases of true integration (watch out for the cheapos that claim integration by providing just a link to your Google Mail inbox!).
- Integrate your Pearl Activities with Google Calendar – full two way synchronisation.
- Send emails from within your Pearl account using Gmail, so that emails show in your Gmail outbox and conversations.
- Import contacts from Google Contacts. Really handy when setting up a new Pearl account.
If there are any other Sync features that you’d like, please add them to our Uservoice Forum.
Integrations and API
Whilst we are on the subject of integration with other systems, we have added a new Integrations forum to Uservoice – this is where you can let us know what you want your Pearl account to interface with.
We’ve had a few users request the ability to connect their Pearl ecommerce to an Affiliate system. It’s your vote, use it!

This sounds like a great idea – except I can’t find it in the marketplace on my phone! I clicked through to the first link in Chris’s story and got taken to
https://www.google.com/enterprise/marketplace/viewListing?productListingId=6128878+9137732080442601644
which describes the product and I was encouraged by the Try It! link which I thought might take me to a download page for the phone app – instead, I was taken to
http://demo.thisispearl.com/admin/
which keeps cycling through a ‘session timed out’ message.
What am I missing????
