Senior Quality Analyst - Automated and Manual Testing
We're looking for an experienced, talented and enthusiastic quality analyst to help create a modern, highly automated test platform to support our rapidly growing business. You will be:
- Implementing automated functional and regression tests for user interfaces and web services.
- Designing and running performance and stress tests.
- Working with product owners to define acceptance criteria for functional development.
- Working with developers to ensure acceptance criteria are met.
- Executing manual post-release smoke tests.
- Creating test plans and building automated test frameworks from scratch.
- An automated UI testing framework (Selenium, WinRunner, FitNesse etc).
- An automated web-service or generic testing framework (FitNesse etc).
- Working closely with developers and business owners.
- Linux/UNIX operating systems.
- A background in computer science or a related discipline.
- Experience of working as part of an Agile (Scrum or XP) team.
- Working knowledge of a scripting language (Perl, Python etc).
- A good understanding of relational databases and SQL.
