Clifton and Victoria now sell a wide range of natural, organic and ethically made baby products. They've grown from selling their products off their kitchen table, to having 8 members of staff, their own warehouse, boutique, website and selling via multiple online marketplaces. Natural Baby Shower were even nominated for the 2011 Telegraph Independent Shop Awards and are well known for their affordable and long lasting product range.

Growing a multi-channel business can be very challenging and looking after all these sales channels was becoming increasingly difficult for the pair to manage. Clifton and Victoria tell us how Brightpearl has helped them to overcome these challenges and grow Natural Baby Shower.

The challenge.

“Before we started using Brightpearl we were struggling to manage the back-end of our Magento website which was our main sales channel at the time. We couldn’t keep track of orders, or who those orders were coming from. The lack of visibility into our business meant we weren’t keeping track of our inventory levels or serving our customers as well as we could have. When we expanded and bought our new premises for the boutique we were also using Magento to manage our POS sales from within the boutique. This then added the extra challenge of linking our boutique sales with our online sales. Once the orders began to flow from other channels too we found ourselves struggling to keep up.
