Multi-account (eBay)

You can integrate multiple eBay accounts with a single Brightpearl account in order to manage inventory and orders in one central location.

Each separate eBay account which you use is integrated with Brightpearl as a separate sales channel, allowing you to set controls per account, as well as report on the sales separately.

Each eBay seller account must only be added to Brightpearl once, even if you are listing internationally. Where you have multiple separate eBay seller accounts they are added as separate accounts in Brightpearl - 1 each.

Where items are listed multiple times but in different countries they will all download from a single seller account and be visible on the same eBay listings page.

Handling products & inventory levels - the importance of SKUs

Brightpearl will become your "master product list" handling all your inventory levels for all integrated eBay accounts. You may have products which are listed on one eBay account and not the other, or items which appear on both, but all of those products will need to exist in Brightpearl so that they have a single product record on your "master list".

It is important to ensure that every product has a unique SKU and that same SKU is applied across all your accounts. All Brightpearl integrations rely heavily on matching products by SKU for connecting and synchronizing inventory levels and prices and for allocating items to downloaded orders.

Using multiple trading names & brands

If you are using separate eBay seller accounts for different branding or trading names, you can integrate both with a single Brightpearl account. Brightpearl uses Channel Brands to automatically apply the correct branding to orders received through different sales channels.

Against each sales channel (one per store) you can specify which channel brand should be used. This means that company details, logos and even templates will automatically be applied to those orders without having to change any processes.
