Ciaran Cushley - Acquisition Lead - North America & Canada
Ciaran has 12+ years solution selling experience in CRM and ERP software. Previous to Brightpearl, he helped build out the North American sales team for a high growth CRM company - resulting in a successful high value acquisition. Ciaran joined Brightpearl to establish a pre-sales function and focus on increasing average order value of top tier customers. In 2015, he moved from Bristol to San Francisco to spearhead revenue growth in North America. In 1 year, the sales team has doubled customer revenue and decreased churn to less than 5%. In his spare time, Ciaran enjoys watching Gaelic Football, Aston Villa FC, and is an avid fan of independent film.
Anthony Hewitt - Acquisition Lead - EMEA
Anthony is the Sales Director for the UK region inspiring his territory teams to achieve successful outcomes for our customers, themselves and the business. Anthony is one of the longest standing employees at Brightpearl and has been instrumental in setting up the internal structures and processes throughout finance, sales and customer success that help our customers succeed and drive the business forward. Coming from a finance and ERP systems background he brings over 25 years of experience to the cause. On a personal level Anthony is a UKAA qualified Athletics official and is a passionate supporter of Sheffield Wednesday.
Justin Press - Customer Success Lead - North America
Justin is currently Head of US Customer Success and has been with Brightpearl from the start. He has worked in many areas of Brightpearl ranging from Product Design to Implementation. He has 12+ years experience delivering technology solutions to businesses of all sizes. Prior to Brightpearl, Justin managed teams and projects delivering Sage and other ERP solutions across varying sectors in EMEA; from retail to oil & gas. Justin's key focus is to optimize the process for delivering exceptional customer experiences post sale. He moved from Cardiff, Wales to San Francisco, California in 2016 to focus on Brightpearl's North American customers.
Hwe Pang - Customer Success Lead - EMEA
Having worked in retail for 10 years before joining Brightpearl, and gaining 5 years experience in various customer facing roles while working at Brightpearl HQ, Hwe has gained excellent insight into the challenges facing fast growing retailers. Now Customer Success Lead of EMEA, he is the driving force behind ensuring clients derive maximum value from Brightpearl. Hwe studied Business Administration at the University of the West of England in Bristol. When he's not looking after his two children, you’ll find him out on the hills riding his bike.
Suzy Gilberthorpe - Business Consultancy Services Leader
Suzy has 9+ years experience coordinating service delivery across gas, finance and ERP industries. Three of those years have been spent at Brightpearl with the global consultancy team leading quality measures to ensure the successful delivery of over 600 implementation projects. Suzy is Prince 2 practitioner qualified, a committed vegetarian and a self-confessed workaholic.
