The integration allows you to host your webstore with Magento but to manage your inventory and sales in Brightpearl!
Once you’ve connected your Brightpearl account to your Magento store, data will automatically be shared. Product information will be pushed from Brightpearl, Orders and Customers will be downloaded from Magento, and Order shipments will be pushed back into your Magento system.
What does it NOT do?
The integration does not support all Brightpearl data fields, or all Magento data fields, however we’re continually adding new features to the integration. Currently the following information is not handled:
- Multiple stores connected to one Brightpearl account
- Order Custom fields
- Customer custom fields
- Product custom fields
- Shipping methods
- Lead source tracking
- “on account” payment method using account balance from Brightpearl
- Customer-specific access to a store handled via CRM; access is managed in the Magento control panel
