What is quarantined stock?
If a customer returns a purchase to you, a Sales Order Credit will be used to refund them/credit their account. Any stocked items will be put back into your stock value. To prevent these items from going immediately back into your normal stock and increasing stock levels they are provisionally placed into "quarantine". This means you must manually go and specify that you want to bring it back into stock by selecting the warehouse location it will be placed in.
