Sales Detail Report (product quantities)

With this report you can choose to use a data map to define the columns. It shows one row in the report for every row on a sales order. If you want to extract your sales from Brightpearl to input into a shipping system, other reporting tools or any other system, this is the report to use. Find this report at Reports > Sales detail.

You can see in the screenshot below that there are 6 items from two sales displayed.

1. Set up a data map

This is where you define the columns. Create a new datamap at Setup > Data/Import > Import orders.

2. Filter

Use the other filters to narrow down the results as required. Also select your datamap if you want to customise the columns.

3. Export

Use the Export button to extract the displayed data into Excel.
