Spurred on by pandemic puppy-buying and endorsement from celebs, the brand has grown 100% year-on-year and tripled its team.
Barking up the wrong tree
Before Brightpearl, Lords and Labradors was bogged down by manual processes. Operations were conducted via separate spreadsheets, and disjointed ordering and inventory systems meant items were frequently oversold and understocked.
