New Year 2015

2016 is well and truly underway but we’re not quite ready to let go of 2015 so we decided to reminisce on our best content and top retail trends from 2015. We didn’t want to be selfish and keep it all to ourselves, so we’ve rounded up the top 5 pieces from last year for you to newly discover or reminisce with us!

2015 was a big year for retail with too many changes to mention, but our favourites include thecontinued growth of mobile commerce, Amazon rolling out same-day delivery in areas of both the US and UK, and Facebook launching a “buy” button.

Brightpearl also had a big 2015 with several exciting product updates (including Landed Costs, Brightpearl Insights and Drop-shipping), a huge Black Friday and Cyber Monday weekend where we processed up to 14,000 orders per hour and 4.5 million items were shipped using Brightpearl, and we collaborated with ecommerce giant, Alibaba.com.
