We are looking for a Software Product Support Guru who has a love of customer service and web-based technology and is looking for an exciting opportunity that combines these two areas. In the Software Product Support role you will be the ‘go to’ for Brightpearl customers and colleagues who are looking for assistance with our cloud-based platform for retailers & wholesalers. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving tickets using a combination of technical experience and platform analysis tools.

PR Manager

The PR Manager will combine driving our PR agenda with being part of the team that defines and evolves our brand. You will manage our agencies in the UK and the US to deliver the best possible coverage of our customer, brand and solutions in the publications that you help us define are most important.

Head of Demand Generation

We’re looking for a talented and experienced B2B marketer with expertise in demand generation, field marketing and customer marketing, and we’ve a strong preference for B2B SaaS experience.

This is key role in a rapidly expanding team and in particular we’re looking for someone to help us define and implement lifecycle marketing.

We’ve separated the traditional demand generation process into three areas - acquisition, lifecycle and campaigns - in order to help us achieve excellence in all three. Leading a small team, this role, therefore, will be responsible for ensuring that prospects, leads and customers have the best possible experience of the Brightpearl brand at any stage of their relationship and that we maximise conversion rates at each key stage of that journey.
