The Implementation Consultant role is responsible for ensuring the Professional Services team deliver high quality implementation projects. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for leading implementations, adding value throughout the solution delivery stage (ensuring quality delivery standards are met) with a smooth customer handover to the Customer Success and Support teams. An ability to manage diverse teams and balance achievement of customer objectives in conjunction with delivery timelines and budget is essential for success in this role. The role is based in our Austin, Texas office and reports to the Business Consultancy Leader.

Project Manager

The Project Manager role is responsible for ensuring the Professional Services team deliver high quality implementation projects. As a member of this team you will add value throughout the solution scoping stage (employing resource, risk and delivery analysis) and solution delivery stage (ensuring quality delivery standards are met) with a smooth customer handover to the Customer Success and Support teams. An ability to manage diverse teams and balance achievement of customer objectives in conjunction with delivery timelines and budget is essential for success in this role. The role is based in our Austin, Texas office and reports to the Business Consultancy Leader.

Account Executive (Mid-Market)

Location: Bristol, United Kingdom

About the Account Executive role

The Account Executive is responsible for all new business, generated from a territory of named accounts that fit the agreed ideal customer profile (ICP). Working closely with marketing, the Account Executive will have experience of executing a territory plan using account based marketing strategies. You will manage the entire sales cycle and close new business from predominantly outbound self generated leads, but also from some marketing qualified opportunities. The role aligns to the customer journey – from their initial interest, through qualification, evaluation, solution scoping, negotiation, to closing. Successful customer journeys result in delighted customers who grow using Brightpearl, so you will also be responsible for upsell.

Account Executive

About the Account Executive role

The Account Executive is responsible for all new business, and upsell to existing customers, within a defined Territory. The role aligns to the customer journey – from their initial interest, through qualification, evaluation, solution scoping, negotiation, to closing.
