You will be joining the company as it enters the next phase of accelerated growth. This is a new position and it will play a pivotal role in optimising the brand marketing for Brightpearl to drive awareness and sales. You will be responsible for the content team and develop a robust brand and communications strategy for the UK, as well as feeding into the European and US communications plans. You will build a positive perception of Brightpearl - one of the best and fastest growing SaaS companies - through external media channels and content creation. You will manage relationships with the media and other stakeholders, produce engaging story hooks and organise events.

Accounts Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and positive Accounts Assistant to join the busy Finance team in Bristol. Working as part of a friendly and welcoming team you will play a pivotal role in supporting the finance function. The role is extremely varied so you will be working within purchase & sales ledger, processing bank reconciliations, posting cash receipts and much more! We are looking to fill the Accounts Assistant role either on a temporary, temporary to permanent or permanent basis.

 

Customer Success Manager

About the role

The primary role of the Customer Success Manager (CSM) is to help our customers achieve their business goals through using Brightpearl, thereby retaining and growing their business relationship with Brightpearl. The CSM will conduct conversations and Strategic Business Reviews with business owners and operational staff regarding their business and the challenges they face with their operations. The successful candidate will be a strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is outcome-oriented, methodical and tenacious, and can effectively interact with the wider Brightpearl team. The role reports to the Regional Customer Success Leader.

Software Product Support

We are looking for a Product Support guru who has a love of customer service and web-based technology and is looking for an exciting opportunity that combines these two areas. In the Product Support role you will be the first point of contact for Brightpearl customers who are looking for help using our cloud-based platform for retailers & wholesalers.
