About the Account Executive role

The Account Executive is responsible for all new business, generated from a territory of named accounts that fit the agreed ideal customer profile (ICP). Working closely with marketing, the Account Executive will have experience of executing a territory plan using account based marketing strategies. You will manage the entire sales cycle and close new business from predominantly outbound self generated leads, but also from some marketing qualified opportunities. The role aligns to the customer journey – from their initial interest, through qualification, evaluation, solution scoping, negotiation, to closing. Successful customer journeys result in delighted customers who grow using Brightpearl, so you will also be responsible for upsell.

Email Marketing Executive

About the Role

We’re looking for an ambitious B2B Email Marketing Executive to be our nurture champion at Brightpearl.

As a nurture champion, you will be responsible for developing relationships with customers, prospects and partners to drive retention, leads and pipeline, through segmented and targeted communication programmes. You’ll also be accountable for reporting on programme success against these marketing objectives and industry KPIs, and ensuring this analysis drives the optimisation and enhancement of future nurture programmes.

Presales Consultant

About the Role

The Solution Consultant role is responsible for helping to meet monthly, quarterly and annual quota objectives working in tandem with the Territory Sales team. As a member of this team you will add value throughout the sales process in the areas of requirements analysis, solution development, in depth product demonstrations, partnering closely with professional services (Implementation Consultants). This role is the trusted advisor for presenting Brightpearl to prospects during the sales process, and to existing customers for upsell opportunities.
