About the role
This is role is perfect for you if you have had some exposure to Professional Services and looking to add to your existing consulting expertise. You’ll be working within a team who are committed to delivering high quality implementations with a customer first mentality. You will be adding value by ensuring standard practices and procedures are followed and using your analytical and troubleshooting skills for problem solving and delivering project based implementations. You will be involved in implementing Brightpearl products and technologies to meet customer specifications, from various industries meaning you’ll get to work with interesting customers.

As an Associate Implementation Consultant you will….
Be a self-starter, quick to learn and apply relevant Brightpearl practices and methodologies to ensure successful project delivery to customer specifications
Analyse business requirements to implement the right solution
Ensure integration of the system with data imports and application configuration
Have a customer first mentality and ability to add value throughout the solution delivery stage before handing over to Customer Success and Support teams.
Have an undergraduate degree and between 2-5 years experience relevant to an implementation role
Demonstrate responsibility during the execution of tasks performed either individually or collectively
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work effectively with all teams and establish relationships with clients
Have an analytical mind to analyse the business requirements and successfully implement the solution to delivery timelines and budget
Ideally able to demonstrate experience working with Brightpearl or similar ERP products such as Netsuite and SAP
Ideally an understanding of eCommerce technologies such as Magento, Shopify, ekmPowershop and Bigcommerce and online marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon
Have an a genuine interest and demonstrate basic competence in one product or technology area
You must be eligible to work in the UK without requiring visa/work permit sponsorship
Up to 40% travel once on-boarded therefore a clean driving licence and own car is required
