Not only are they passionate about providing customers with the best service but also the best prices they possibly can too. So far using Brightpearl they’ve saved £15k by reducing admin alone and have been able to triple their eBay sales due to the built-in integration with Brightpearl.

Sanctuary Bathrooms is a family run established business which specialises in the supply of high quality bathroom suites and quality items for customers’ bathrooms. Their range includes freestanding baths, baths, bathroom furniture, shower enclosures, bathroom taps, basins, recess shower doors, shower trays, walk in showers and pretty much everything you could want for the bathroom. James Roberts, Director at Sanctuary Bathrooms, tells us more about his story.

The challenge.

“Before using Brightpearl, we were using Sage for our accounting, but found it didn’t have the facilities to incorporate specific requirements like integrating our inventory. It was beginning to cause some issues."

“The main impact Brightpearl has had is in making sure we are making a profit each month. It’s all too easy to be drawn into selling cheap at offering low prices but if your not actually making any money then it doesn’t make business sense. Using Brightpearl we can quickly see if we’re having any issues and need to change our sales focus in order to be profitable. “We’ve also found it very good to quickly locate customers, look at orders and improve customer service. We now spending far less time working costs out, writing orders down and managing customer communications, therefore we have time to look at other selling options and new product lines. “One of the areas we have found a big time saving is the integration with eBay which saves time on some of our low margin sales. We can concentrate on listings without worrying about adding it to the back office as well, saving us a minimum of two hours a day just on this. This has allowed us more time to list more of our products and we’ve nearly tripled our eBay sales on a monthly basis."
