Astley Clarke Set to Sparkle After Upgrading to Brightpearl in Just 150 Days
The UK’s largest digital jeweller Astley Clarke has the jewel in its tech stack crown after signing up with Brightpearl.
With access to Brightpearl’s dedicated Retail Operating System, including a Plug & Play integration to its Magento 2 website, a powerful Automation Engine, accurate demand forecasting and advanced inventory management, Astley Clarke now has the freedom to grow fearlessly.
Astley Clarke is a British luxury jewelry brand creating design-led, refined pieces to be worn every day. The jewelry is available in leading stores such as Selfridges, Liberty and its flagship store in Seven Dials London. The award winning website invented the demi-fine category when it launched back in 2007.
With Brightpearl in place, the company replaced a custom back office system, adding speed, flexibility and POS functionality into its operation to allow scale and flexibility of the operation across all its channels.
Upgrading to Brightpearl took a total of just 150 days and has given the business all the functionality it had been missing – replacing manual tasks including the ability to automatically fulfill orders, wholesale billing and integrated finance reporting.
“As a business we replatformed our front end to Adobe Cloud whilst at the same time moving from a legacy ERP to Brightpearl. This was a significant project touching nearly every part of our business and the team at Brightpearl ensured we launched on time and the internal stakeholders were delighted with the result,” said Scott Thomson, CEO of Astley Clarke.
With Brightpearl, Astley Clarke has gained an easy-to-use, tailored retail operating system with the ability to support rapid B2C growth, alongside game-changing functionality that includes a huge library of integrations to cutting-edge tools and apps, plus advanced forecasting and automation.
Justin Press, SVP Customer Success at Brightpearl said: “We’re delighted Astley Clarke has selected Brightpearl as the cutting-edge operations system to turbocharge its success. The business will now be able to streamline, simplify and automate its operations, freeing up key members of the team to focus on more important things, like increasing market share and boosting customer experience.
“The beauty of Brightpearl, as Astley Clarke has discovered, is that it’s a flexible and agile solution that grows as businesses do – we’re excited to see this prestigious British brand go from strength to strength.”
Based in Bristol (UK) and Austin, Texas (US), Brightpearl provides a retail operating system (ROS) for retailers and wholesalers.
