With the Brightpearl – Xero integration, Brightpearl will manage contacts, products, inventory, sales invoices & credits and purchase invoices & credits in your Xero account. Sales payments and refunds created in either system will automatically update the other. Manage your accounts payable in Xero with payments or refunds relating to your purchase orders populating Brightpearl.

Sales payments and refunds
Sales payments and refunds are synced between Brightpearl and Xero.
Contacts
New customers and suppliers or changes made to existing customer records in Brightpearl will be reflected in Xero.
Products
New products added in Brightpearl, or changes made to existing products will be reflected in Xero.
Purchase invoices and credits
Sales invoices and credits recorded in Brightpearl flow through to Xero.
Inventory
Inventory levels are updated in Xero automatically.
Purchase payments and refunds
Payments are refunded against linked orders and credits will be created in Brightpearl.
