Manage your contact data and orders in Brightpearl and see customer and order metrics automatically synchronized with Klaviyo. With our integration, new profiles are created and added to your mapped list automatically, as are any future updates to the contact record in Brightpearl. Whenever a new order is placed, key order metrics such as item count and total price are sent to Klaviyo and added to the customer’s profile. Removing profiles from the list can also be controlled in Brightpearl.

How Brightpearl - Klaviyo integration works


Customers created in Brightpearl are added to the mapped list in Klaviyo. Updates to existing contacts are also synced.


The placed order metric is updated in Klaviyo when a sales order is created in Brightpearl on a mapped status and for specified channels.
