About the Role
We’re looking for an ambitious B2B Email Marketing Executive to be our nurture champion at Brightpearl.
As a nurture champion, you will be responsible for developing relationships with customers, prospects and partners to drive retention, leads and pipeline, through segmented and targeted communication programmes. You’ll also be accountable for reporting on programme success against these marketing objectives and industry KPIs, and ensuring this analysis drives the optimisation and enhancement of future nurture programmes.
You’ll be working closely with the central marketing function based in the UK and particularly, the content and campaign stakeholders. The role would suit a graduate or entry-level Marketer, but most importantly you need to eager to learn and motivated to ensure the ongoing development, innovation and improvement of our nurture programs.
With support of the Head of Lifecycle Marketing, help develop innovative nurture streams and a robust lead scoring framework that drives retention, leads and pipeline.
Manage, execute and schedule nurture communications to ensure deliverables are met.
Evaluate and report on nurture success against industry email KPIs and marketing objectives, and use this insight to drive improvement.
Actively test nurture workflows and content to optimise performance.
Segment data and tailor messaging for effective communications.
Be an email nurture champion and subject matter expert. Share knowledge and implement industry best practises.
Ideally you’ll have some experience in an email marketing role - this could a full-time role or, for example, an internship
A very strong self-starter mentality and the ability to manage your time according to agreed priorities.
Excellent organisational and planning skills and the ability to multi-task are key.
Great communication skills, written and verbal, including the ability to adjust style and content based on different audiences.
Very strong attention to detail and accuracy.
