How it works
Orders
When an order is placed and received by Brightpearl the details such as name, address, items, SKUs and values will be imported into Starshipit.
Starshipit
Delivery service/shipping label
Starshipit will automatically assign orders to the best delivery service according to your predefined rules and then print a shipping label.
Order status/tracking
Starshipit will then automatically write back to Brightpearl to update the status of the order to complete and populate the Brightpearl order with the carrier tracking number and tracking link.
